I go inside the business, talking to your people, pulling the reports that don't usually get compared side by side to find where profit is quietly leaking out. Then we fix it together.

That depends on the engagement. My hands-on program runs over 6 months, working closely with you and teaching you the method as we go. For businesses that want ongoing support, I also offer a retainer where I stay embedded as part of the business.
